Acupuncture changed my life. I am richly blessed by the opportunities I was given to study, and now to practice, this amazing, powerful art.  I respect its poetry, and use a combination of intuition, energy, and knowledge to guide my practice. My own struggles with fertility and autoimmune disease have deeply impacted my work.  My goal is to provide safe, gentle and effective treatment to aid the body's return to a state of harmony and well being. Patient education plays a vital role in wellness and disease prevention and is an important part of my work.

Life outside the Office

Always striving for balance with work, personal life and community involvement, my most important role (and greatest joy) is being a mom. I currently live in Kirkland, with my husband, our 2 children, our boarder collie rescue, and a small flock of chickens.  I love being outside- walking, hiking, gardening, playing.  I'm active in community events and volunteer at Thoreau Elementary.
